Available artwork is shipped within 1-3 working days. You will be notified if it would take longer that three days. All orders are sent by post with tracking and signature on delivery.
We ship internationally. Everything shipped outside EU may be subject to duty and tax. They are a buyer’s responsibility.
We offer free delivery.
If you need your piece in a hurry please let us know and we come back to you with the suggestions.
The artwork is packed carefully in bubble wrap and card box and sent as it is. The painting are sent on canvas, the framed pieces are shipped with frames.
Damaged goods
We will take every care to make sure that our artwork is well protected. However, if for any reason you receive damaged goods, you have to email us within 24 hours supported by good quality photographs.
The art work must be returned to us. Or we will arrange artwork to be collected. We will issue you a full refund. Or we will try to replace it for you.
