This is an original textile piece completed in mixed media technique.
It was inspired by the beautiful memories of my grandmother and her home, of the spring time and lilac and the old music scores forgotten in the old cupboard, and now here at my home, brought once again to life by my daughter playing them..
Hidden, forgotten, dusty, the memories would suddenly come alive again and everything that was so far way appears close, in a grey winter evening or a bright summer day the air is filled with transparent scent of lilacs.
